Octofi provides a unified workforce management platform. Your Octofi account is a single identity used across our web platform and mobile applications.
How to Request Data Deletion
Because Octofi is an enterprise service provided to you by your employer, your organization acts as the Data Controller. Octofi acts as the Data Processor.
1. The Primary Path: Your Organization
To delete your account or specific personal data, you should contact your company’s HR department or IT Administrator.
Once your administrator deactivates your profile in the Octofi platform, your access to both the web and mobile versions is immediately revoked.
Your data will then be handled according to your organization’s specific data retention and deletion policies.
2. Alternative: Contact Octofi Support
If you are no longer employed by the organization that provided your account and cannot reach their administrator, you may contact Octofi directly to initiate a deletion request.

Required Info: Please provide your work email address and the name of the organization you were affiliated with.
Process: We will verify your identity and coordinate with the Data Controller (your employer) to process the deletion in accordance with our Master Service Agreement.
3. What Happens to Your Data? When a deletion request is finalized, the following information associated with your unified Octofi profile is permanently removed from our active production systems:
Personal Identity: Your name, work email address, and single sign-on (SSO) identifiers.
Device Tokens: Any identifiers used to route notifications to your specific devices.
4. Data Retention & Legal Obligations
Please note that certain data may be legally required to be retained even after an account is deleted. This typically includes:
Labor & Tax Records: Some types of data may be preserved for a number of years to comply with local labor laws and auditing requirements.
Security Logs: Technical data related to system security and audit trails are kept for a limited duration to protect the platform.
